Sands Point Condominium Phase 1 has contracted a parking enforcement company called Lot Monitoring Services, Inc. (LMSI) along with All County Towing, to enforce the community's parking rules and regulations. 

LMSI will conduct random, periodic patrols of the property to ensure compliance with all parking guidelines established by the community, as well as Broward/Dade County Code Enforcement regulations. 

Please Note:

• LMSI will ensure that all enforcement actions are conducted fairly and impartially.
• Neither the Board nor the Management of Sands Point Condominium Phase 1 is directly responsible for any vehicle that is cited or towed.
• For inquiries regarding a warning or tow, residents must contact Lot Monitoring Services, Inc. directly at (954) 325-1769
